Personalised Herbal Medicine & Endobiogenic Care

Healing rarely happens by treating symptoms alone.

My work focuses on understanding how your body is functioning as a whole system — why imbalance developed, what is maintaining it, and how to restore sustainable health using herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine.

I support people experiencing chronic or recurring health concerns by helping the body rebalance, regulate, and recover through personalised care.

Start Here: Your Free Discovery Call

Before choosing any programme, we begin with a free discovery call.

This allows us to:

  • discuss your health concerns and goals

  • explore whether my approach is right for you

  • understand the complexity and duration of your condition

  • decide together which level of support will be most appropriate

You are not expected to choose a programme on your own.
Following the call, I will recommend the programme best suited to your needs.

My Clinical Approach: What is Endobiogeny?

Understanding Health as a System

Endobiogeny is a modern, physiology-based approach that studies how the body works as an integrated system rather than a collection of isolated organs.

The human body is a self-organising system coordinated primarily by the endocrine system — the network of glands producing hormones. Hormones act as master regulators, influencing every tissue and organ through the bloodstream and coordinating energy, metabolism, immune response, stress adaptation, and life transitions such as childhood, puberty, pregnancy, menopause and ageing.

The nervous system continuously evaluates internal and external stressors and communicates with the endocrine system, allowing the body to adapt to change.

Health therefore depends not only on individual organs working well, but on how effectively these systems communicate and regulate one another.

Why Symptoms Appear Despite Normal Blood Tests Results

Conventional blood tests classify results as normal or abnormal. While essential for diagnosing disease, this approach may overlook functional imbalance.

Human physiology works as a network of relationships. Biomarkers reflect how systems interact — especially the relationship between the nervous system and hormonal regulation.

Endobiogenic analysis evaluates patterns between biomarkers rather than isolated numbers.

Think of it like a fingerprint:

  • Standard analysis confirms whether a fingerprint exists.

  • Endobiogeny studies the intricate pattern that makes it uniquely yours.

Similarly, health depends not only on individual hormones levels but on how they function together — like notes in a musical composition.

When relationships between body systems fall slightly out of rhythm, symptoms may appear even when blood tests seem normal: often these conditions are named “functional” or “idiopathic”, and no clear treatment options seem available. An endobiogenic assessment will reveal the imbalance and help selecting effective treatments to restore whole-body equilibrium.

An endobiogenic assessment listens to the tune your body is playing and helps restore rhythm, adaptability, and resilience, often allowing not only effective treatment of complex conditions, but also prevention of health issues, spotting the early signs of imbalance before a critical stage is reached, when disease manifests.

Do You Recognise Yourself Here?

Many people seek support not because tests show something clearly wrong, but because their body no longer feels balanced or resilient.

You may recognise yourself if:

  • You feel tired even when you sleep enough

  • Stress affects your digestion, sleep, or hormones

  • Symptoms seem to move or change over time

  • You have been told results are “normal,” yet you don’t feel well

  • Energy fluctuates unpredictably throughout the day

  • You feel your body is coping, but only just

These patterns often reflect how the body’s regulatory systems are adapting to prolonged stress rather than a single isolated problem.

Endobiogenic assessment helps us understand how your system is functioning as a whole, so treatment supports regulation rather than chasing symptoms.

You don’t need to figure this out alone — the discovery call is the first step.

What Working Together Looks Like

Every programme includes:

  • Comprehensive initial assessment (60 minutes)

  • Personalised herbal prescription where appropriate

  • Nutrition and lifestyle guidance tailored to your physiology

  • Ongoing monitoring and adjustments

  • Clinical support between appointments

The difference between programmes is the level of continuity and depth of care, depending on how long your body has been under stress or imbalance.

After your discovery call, I will guide you toward the most suitable option.

Consultation Programmes

Every person’s physiology and health history are different. After your discovery call, I will recommend the level of support most appropriate for your situation, so you do not need to decide this on your own.

Why Longer Support Matters

Many chronic symptoms develop over years, not weeks.

True recovery often requires guiding the body through phases of regulation and adaptation. Longer programmes allow time to:

  • rebalance stress physiology

  • support endocrine regulation

  • rebuild digestive and metabolic resilience

  • create sustainable lifestyle change

My role is to guide this process safely and progressively.

Who This Work May Not Be For

My approach is collaborative, personalised, and focused on supporting long-term physiological balance. While many people benefit from herbal and endobiogenic care, it may not be the right fit for everyone.

This work may not be suitable if you:

  • are looking for a quick or single-remedy solution, without exploring underlying causes

  • expect herbal medicine to replace essential medical treatment or emergency care

  • prefer a purely symptom-suppression approach, rather than a whole-person evaluation

  • are unwilling or unable to engage in gradual lifestyle or dietary adjustments, when needed

  • are seeking immediate results for conditions that have developed over many years

Herbal medicine and Endobiogeny work by supporting the body’s regulatory systems, which requires participation, patience, and openness to a process of change.

If your needs would be better supported elsewhere, I will always say so and help direct you toward the most appropriate care.

  • chronic inflammatory conditions (allergies, asthma, skin issues)

  • unexplained or functional symptoms
